It is the policy of Recool Canada Inc., that every employee or contractor is entitled to a safe work environment.  Every reasonable precaution will be taken in the interests of accident prevention.  Health and Safety must be first and foremost and take precedence over the achievement of production objectives.  These facts, coupled with the protection of our property and the prevention of business interruption are essential to our future success.  Management is aware that optimum production and accident prevention go together.  The Company has written standards that must be met at all times.  Everyone working in the operations is responsible for Safety.  When these standards are not met, appropriate measures will be taken.  All employees must comply with all sections of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and applicable Regulations.
